Job summary

Us Med- Equip is seeking a Delivery Technician to load, secure, and transport vital medical equipment to healthcare facilities in the Salt Lake City area. You will drive company vehicles safely, assist in warehousing, and provide professional service to hospital staff while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work with the company portal, and the capacity to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean 3-year record.
• Ability to read/write in English and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
