Job summary

US Med-Equip in Sunnyvale is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners by coordinating equipment orders, deliveries, and service needs. You will work with operations and sales to ensure timely, accurate handling of medical devices.

This on-site role requires lifting ability, a valid driver's license, and DOT/physical readiness. You will engage daily with the team, wear a company uniform, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record (3 years).
• DOT certification/physical clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process and quality management standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representatives on orders and delivery.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years
