Job summary

Us Med- Equip in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Delivery Technician / Customer Service Representative to load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to hospital partners, delivering exceptional service.

You will drive company vehicles, support branch warehouse operations, and coordinate with local sales and operations to fulfill equipment orders. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; DOT certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned
