Job summary

Us Med- Equip in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Delivery Technician to join our fast-growing healthcare logistics team. You will load, transport, and deliver life-saving medical equipment to hospitals and clinics, while maintaining professional appearance and reliable service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs, and the willingness to work multiple shifts including on-call. DOT certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year record.
• Ability to operate in healthcare logistics and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales and other teams on orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

QualificationsPreferred Education

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years
