Job summary

US MED- EQUIP LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clinicians by coordinating equipment delivery and service with operations and sales teams. You will drive, load, secure, and maintain equipment, ensuring accurate orders and timely communication with hospital partners.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid license with a clean record, and the ability to read/write English with basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with healthcare partners.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and clinicians.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear company uniform.
• Coordinate daily with local sales reps and team on orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
