Job summary

US MED- EQUIP LLC is a healthcare equipment provider seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate orders, deliveries, and service for hospital partners. You will work with operations and the sales team to ensure timely, accurate support and maintain equipment in branch warehouses.

This role requires strong communication, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, push/pull 150 lbs, and a valid DOT certification/physical. On-site work in Wilmington, MA with potential on-call shifts.
