Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications seeks a Program Manager to lead the delivery of medical communications programs, partnering with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and financial oversight.

You will oversee workflows, MLR review processes, documentation, and invoicing activities, acting as the primary client contact for status updates and operational discussions while ensuring compliance with client and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to ensure successful client program execution.
• Serve as an operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers with visibility into timelines, milestones, and financial performance.
• Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory review processes and manage project documentation.
• Support financial tracking, invoicing, and vendor coordination; communicate status to clients and internal teams.
