Job summary

Premier Health Family Care Vandalia is seeking a Medical Center Representative to support clerical, receptionist, billing, referrals, patient registration, and customer service for the medical center. The MCR handles daily scheduling, incoming calls, patient registration, billing/collection functions, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years of ambulatory health care experience.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge and strict HIPAA confidentiality.
• Knowledge of third-party payers and ICD-9/10 and CPT coding is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers; EMR experience; Epic preferred.
