Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Third Party Payers, ICD-9 and CPT Coding, and medical terminology.
• Computer and keyboarding skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Epic knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: calls, messages, mail, and faxes.
• Register patients and update demographics and insurance data.
• Schedule tests, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Collect co-pays and process payments; handle billing/collections.
• Maintain medical records, inventory, and office supplies.
• Open/close the office and handle routine inquiries.
