Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Call Center Agent to deliver patient-centered service in a high-volume environment. You will handle intake triage, appointment scheduling and patient requests following provider protocols and clinic policies.

Onsite training lasts eight weeks in Land O' Lakes, FL, with a focus on accurate information and excellent customer support for patients, hospitals, staff and community providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience in clerical customer service or high-volume call centers.
• Additional (1) year clinical experience or healthcare/hospitality experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer assigned department/queue overflow calls, maintaining approved standards.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Follow tasking guidelines and provide accurate and complete information.
• Address Web Appointment Requests as assigned.
• Complete end of day processes.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance per Orlando Health policies.
