Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is seeking a patient-centered Call Center agent to deliver information about services and schedule appointments in a high-volume environment. You will handle intake triage, and patient requests following Florida Medical Clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Two (2) years of related experience required, e.g., clerical customer service, call center, or health care related.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills; able to multi-task under stress.

Responsibilities

• Answers assigned department/queue overflow calls and maintains approved standards.
• Lines up with guidelines and provides accurate information to callers.
• Performs intake triage, appointment scheduling, and other patient requests per provider protocols.
