Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team in a fast-paced primary care setting. The MA will support a primary care physician, perform vitals, venipuncture, and immunizations, and handle front-desk duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role requires MA program completion, state certification/registration if applicable, and CPR/BLS certification at start date. Phlebotomy experience is preferred, with a patient-centered approach to care.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred or required by state law.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals and assist with procedures and injections.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations per provider orders.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals and coordination.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate results to patients.
