UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Medical Assistant I to provide high-quality patient care in a busy clinic setting. You will escort patients, record vitals, perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care tests, and assist with routine procedures under supervision.

Position offers a non-exempt, full-time schedule with a 40-hour workweek, a signing bonus of up to $3,000, and an hourly wage range from $17.43 to $32.94.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current BLS/Heart Saver certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Medical Assistant credential approved by MA Department of Health within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients, record vital signs, and document health status per procedure.
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care tests following clinic standards.
• Prepare and administer non-intravenous injections when directed.
