You will use the EMR system and Microsoft Teams to document interactions while upholding HIPAA standards. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Medical office experience is not required but preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred but not required.
• Professional and friendly telephone presence.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
