ENT Specialty Partners is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to manage a high volume of patient calls and assist with initial patient registration. You will provide courteous, efficient service while routing inquiries to the right team and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience with EHR systems. The role is remote-based with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with electronic health record systems (EHR).
• Familiarity with eClinical Works or similar platform preferred.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge; ENT knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while identifying self and clinic name.
• Assist patients and callers or route to appropriate party.
• Complete initial registration of new patients per policies.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with patients, staff, and providers.
• Adapt responsibilities as clinic needs evolve.
