Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to drive the adoption of our portfolio of non-invasive, regenerative aesthetic devices, with a primary focus on the Dermalux Tri-Wave MD phototherapy system for dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetic practices. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting live product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, mid-career professional with a strong background in medical aesthetic device sales, passionate about relationship building, clinical education, regenerative aesthetics and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic medical professionals.
  • Conduct live, in-office demonstrations of the Dermalux Tri-Wave MD device, showcasing clinical benefits and return on investment for practices.
  • Represent the broader WhisperMED portfolio of regenerative aesthetic technologies with consultative expertise.
  • Generate new business opportunities through territory management, prospecting, and account development.
  • Educate prospects and clients on product efficacy, unique differentiators, and strategies for successful practice integration.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend industry conferences, trainings, and meetings as necessary to support market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with the WhisperMED team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client success.

  • 3–5+ years of proven success in medical aesthetic sales, with a strong emphasis on device experience.
  • Deep understanding of the medical aesthetics industry, including regenerative technologies and practice management dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative, relationship-driven sales process.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a sales territory with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally within territory (occasional regional or national travel for meetings and events).
