The Role:
As our Sales Lead, you’ll be the first contact many clients have with our brand—and their gateway to digital greatness. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and working closely with leadership to shape the business pipeline. You’ll be selling more than websites—you’ll be selling transformation.

What You’ll Do:
Hunt down leads like a bounty hunter from a galaxy far, far away
Sell web and mobile development packages, branding services, and design retainers
Draft and negotiate contracts that are clear, fair, and win-win
Build relationships with startups, founders, nonprofits, and mid-size businesses
Hit performance targets: At least 1 closed sale within your first 45 days
Collaborate with project teams to hand off clear scopes and expectations
Help shape proposals, pricing packages, and our go-to-market strategy
Attend virtual meetups, networking events, and other lead-gen ops

Requirements:
3–5+ years experience in technology, creative, or agency sales
Proven success in contract negotiation and closing B2B deals
Familiarity with selling UX/UI design, web/dev services, and mobile apps
Self-motivated, highly organized, and outcome-driven
Strong communication skills and storytelling ability—you’re not just selling a service, you’re selling a vision
Comfort working with CRMs, sales decks, and managing your own pipeline
Bonus: Experience in startup environments or selling early-stage products
