Director of Administration at Cartessa Aesthetics | DHSc Candidate | Health Systems Administration Specialist | Medical Device Industry Professional

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in the competitive field of aesthetic laser sales!

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our Inside Sales team with a strong HUNTER MENTALITY. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our product line. This position offers an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the aesthetic and medical device markets, contributing significantly to our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach via calls and emails.
  • Cold Outreach: Make a daily goal of 80 calls, in addition to emailing and texting prospects as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the aesthetic and medical device industries.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our aesthetic laser products and their applications to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Pipeline Management: Track sales activities, opportunities, and leads using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field sales teams to develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and territory progress to the Director of Inside Sales.
  • Travel: Participate in quarterly ride-alongs with field reps and attend occasional sales events and training sessions to stay current with industry developments.
  • Technology: Maintain company-provided equipment in good working condition.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience (preferred).

Compensation

  • W2 position with base salary plus uncapped commission

Location

This is a remote position. Candidates are expected to maintain a professional home office and be available during 9 AM to 5 PM in their assigned time zone. Occasional events or training outside regular hours may be required with advance notice.
