Overview

Baldan Group, Europe’s leading company in the beauty industry with 280 representatives across aesthetic, pharmaceutical, and medical divisions, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our expanding team in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell Baldan Group’s aesthetic products and technologies to drive brand development.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities with medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers within the assigned territory.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  4. Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company's presence.
  5. Monitor and improve after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Proven sales track record, preferably in B2B sales within the aesthetics sector.
  2. Experience conducting in-person client visits or online demonstrations is preferred.
  3. At least 2 years of sales experience, particularly in aesthetic products or devices; existing industry contacts are advantageous.
  4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Interest and ability to work remotely.
  8. Experience with CRM platforms like Force Manager and tools such as Mapsly is a plus.
