Qualifications

• Experience in long term care / skilled nursing facility billing and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party insurance billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliation of Resident Trust Account and support trust clerk.
• Process quarterly PA Assessment day reports and payments.
• Bill MA claims and manage MA changes; ensure timely billing and accuracy.
• Close monthly business office following facility policy and procedures.
