Meadow Creek Post-Acute is seeking a Business Office Manager to supervise billing and collections in a skilled nursing setting. The role focuses on Medicaid/Medicare and other payer billings, with PCC system involvement and strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The position requires at least one year of BOM experience, a high school diploma, and preferably a bachelor’s degree. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with full benefits and a salaried schedule.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year BOM experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, HMO and other insurances preferred.
• Strong billing and collections skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise billing and resident accounting functions for timely cash flow.
• Oversee input of billing information for Medicaid, Medicare, managed care and other claims.
• Manage all patient accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Front-end collections of A/R balances while residents are in-house and upon admission.
• Back-end collections of A/R balances after discharge and payment follow-ups.
• Oversee Medicaid pending applications and conversion processes for timely resolution.
• Close billing month-ends in accordance with policy and schedules.
• Process charges, adjustments, refunds, postings and write-offs accurately.
• Ensure patient bills and collection letters are accurate and timely.
