The role involves coordinating with families and billing agencies to arrange financial assistance and ensuring accurate transmissions of claims.

Experience in long-term care or healthcare billing is strongly preferred, with 1–3 years in related roles. A high school diploma or GED is required; college is a plus.

• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems
• 1–3 years nursing home or business office accounting experience preferred
