Job summary

Community Partners NH is seeking a Client Benefits Specialist to help individuals access and apply for state, federal and local benefits. The role monitors Medicaid eligibility and performs reviews and updates, ensuring timely processing and support for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, and be comfortable using technology in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medical insurance, Medicaid, TANF, Social Security and SSI is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals eligible for state, federal and local benefits in applying for benefits.
• Monitor and update Medicaid eligibility status for clients.
