Salem Media seeks a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive new business growth across our complete advertising portfolio including radio, digital, podcasts, and events.

You will aggressively prospect, design integrated marketing strategies, and present ROI-focused proposals to local and regional businesses, aiming to exceed revenue targets while maintaining CRM and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales or media/digital advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding new business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and close new accounts through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Design customized, integrated marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
