Salem Media Orlando is seeking a high-energy sales hunter / account executive to drive new business growth across a full advertising portfolio including digital, podcasts, radio and events. You will combine aggressive prospecting with digital marketing expertise to deliver ROI-focused solutions for local and regional businesses.

Responsibilities include prospecting, designing integrated marketing strategies, presenting ROI-driven proposals, and meeting revenue targets while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, B2B sales, or media/digital advertising sales.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding new business goals.
• Strong digital knowledge across SEM, SEO, programmatic, OTT/CTV, social media, and email marketing.

Responsabilités

• Aggressively prospect and close new accounts through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Design customized, integrated marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
• Present data-driven proposals demonstrating ROI.
