Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is hiring an in-office Multi-Media Account Executive in El Paso. You’ll own a book of business, win new clients, and manage long-term relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

Expect a full-cycle sales role with data-driven prospecting, strategic needs assessments, and collaboration with internal teams to drive campaign success. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (required).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience identifying and securing new business.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
