Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Victoria, TX is seeking experienced Account Executives for a full-time, in-office role. You’ll own a book of business, build relationships with local businesses, and drive full-cycle sales across broadcast and digital solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, a proven track record, and strong presentation and communication skills. This is a high-growth, multi-media organization with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
