Cumulus Media, a leading audio-first media company, is seeking an Account Executive in Fayetteville to manage a large client portfolio and grow revenue. You will tailor campaigns across radio, digital, and events, presenting integrated marketing solutions and closing deals to hit targets.

The role requires strong communication, prospecting skills, and a results-driven mindset. A bachelor’s degree and media sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree preferred in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years in media sales or outside sales recommended.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage a sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local and regional businesses to grow revenue.
• Present multi-platform marketing solutions including broadcast, digital, and events.
• Negotiate and close deals, build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline and report on sales activity, forecasts, and analytics.
