Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an Account Executive to grow local revenue with strategy, relationship-building and solution selling.

This full-time, in-office role focuses on developing new business, managing clients, and delivering Broadcast, Digital and integrated campaigns across the station and its teams. You'll present proposals, educate clients on media value, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications or related field.
• Proven sales experience in media or advertising is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Develop strategies to grow revenue and exceed sales goals.
• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities within the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct in-person, phone and digital sales outreach.
• Identify client needs and develop customized Broadcast, Digital and integrated solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Educate clients on the value and effectiveness of our media platforms.
• Develop advertising schedules and campaigns with clients and station teams.
• Collaborate with creative and station personnel to develop effective campaigns.
• Manage assigned accounts while pursuing new revenue opportunities.
