Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Battle Creek, MI is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive to own a growing book of local clients. You’ll cultivate relationships, uncover needs, and present integrated marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.

This full-time, in-office role rewards a confident closer with data-driven selling, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
