Job summary

Intertrend is seeking a Media Billing Specialist to serve as a liaison between the Accounting and Media teams. The role focuses on billing administration, invoicing in MediaOcean Prisma/Spectra, and preparing client billing packages to support timely payments to media vendors.

You will coordinate with internal teams for reconciliations, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain media buys and IOs. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
• Experience with media billing processes and reconciliations preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and input media invoices into MediaOcean Prisma/Spectra and the accounting system (C&P).
• Prepare media billing packages for clients, including backups and summary reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Generate and review insertion orders (Print/TV/Radio) and follow up with media vendors as needed.
• Organize media department resources and respond to internal department requests promptly.
