Qualifications

2+ years Media/Finance experience at a media agency.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Marketing or equivalent experience.
Experience with finance reporting tools and multiple systems.
Strong communication, urgency, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end media billing lifecycle with timely reconciliation and approval.
Prepare client billing packets, accruals, and supporting documentation per deadlines.
Enter and reconcile media activity in DDS, D365, Mediaocean, PlanIt, and related systems.
Review IOs for budgets and contractual terms to support payments and campaigns.
Manage accruals, month-end close, and AR aging with cross-team collaboration.
Lead process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Mentor Analysts and coordinate with offshore teams on billing workflows.
