You will manage Prisma inputs, ensure taxonomies are compliant, and assist with budgeting and monthly billing end‑to‑end for large multi‑channel accounts.

Your role requires 3+ years in media agency operations, strong MS Office skills, and proactive problem‑solving. A fast‑paced environment with process improvements and automation projects awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in media agency operations, billing, or investment operations support.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or finance preferred.
• Experience running monthly media billing and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Investment Operations Support: support channel investment teams and own Prisma inputs.
• Billing & Budget Management: oversee monthly paid media billing and reporting.
• Process & Operations: track data, document processes, and support automation projects.
