Job summary

Spark Foundry in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Media Analytics and Insights to apply data-driven insights across planning, investment, and measurement, guiding client strategies and long-term roadmaps. You will drive high-quality deliverables and partner with Analytics leads to deliver compelling analyses that inform media decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of analytics in marketing sciences capacity at a media agency, market research, or consulting company, or in-house at a brand.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL is preferred.
• Knowledge of web measurement technologies: Ad serving platforms, Website analytics software, Data visualization tools (Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align planning and activation.
• Lead advanced analytics projects with defined timelines and scope.
• Translate analytics insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Develop data-driven measurement frameworks across paid, owned, and earned media.
