Job summary

Spark Foundry in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Media Analytics and Insights to apply data-driven insights into planning, investment, and measurement. You will design and lead modern measurement plans and longer-term roadmaps for clients, working closely with cross‑functional Analytics leads to ensure high-quality deliverables.

As an expert technical escalation point, you will translate analytics concepts for internal account teams and clients, and provide ongoing strategic direction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of analytics in marketing sciences at an agency, market research, or consulting firm or in-house at a brand.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL is preferred.
• Knowledge of web measurement technologies and data visualization tools (Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI).
• Quantitative education or experience preferred (Statistics, Economics, etc.).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data-driven insights for planning, investment, and measurement.
• Design and lead modern measurement plans and longer-term client roadmaps.
• Escalate as an expert technical resource and translate analytics for internal and client teams.
• Provide strategic direction on technology, process, and media reporting/insights.
