Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents. You will administer prescribed medications within scope, document in EMAR/MAR, and report status to the nursing team.

You must have CNA and Med Tech licenses, complete medication observations, and attend required trainings. The role requires lifting, walking, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations and cart audits as required.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration within scope.
• Maintain medication cart; document in EMAR/MAR and Daily Log.
• Re-orders medications and communicates changes to families and pharmacy.
• Report incidents; assist residents to meals, activities, and move-in transitions.
• Follow confidentiality policies and participate in trainings and staff meetings.
