Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to support residents with daily living activities and administer medications within licensed scope. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include medication cart audits, EMAR/MAR documentation, incident reporting, and assisting with move-in transitions. A high school diploma, CNA and Med Tech licenses, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willing to become certified within 60 days.
• Able to pass medication observations and cart audits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within the established scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies.
• Communicate status and updates to the nursing team and Daily Log.
• Re-order medications and coordinate with pharmacy; document in EMAR/MAR.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain cart.
• Support move-in transitions and resident well-being.
