Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. The role includes administering prescribed medications within the scope of practice and maintaining accurate EMAR/MAR documentation.

The candidate must have a Medication Aide course completed, along with current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing. Applicants should be organized, able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and capable of lifting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medication Aide Course required.
• CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for residents.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the position.
• Report incidents and concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Perform housekeeping duties and assist with meals and activities.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident activity programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Assist with move-in transitions and provide emotional support to new residents.
• Attend medication trainings and pass medication cart audits.
