Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and daily living assistance to residents. The role includes medication administration within scope, documentation in EMAR/MAR, and daily log updates.

Responsibilities also cover activity planning, incident reporting, and effective communication with the caregiving team. Requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, CPR/First Aid certification, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations and cart audits.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain EMAR/MAR documentation and daily logs.
• Report incidents and changes to appropriate staff.
• Participate in activity programs and ensure resident safety.
• Support move-ins, meal and activity attendance, and communications.
