Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech/CNA to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities on a full-time basis. The role includes administering prescribed medications, maintaining EMAR/MAR records, and supporting the nursing team with care plans and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma or GED, CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing, and have completed the Medication Aide Course.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must attend 4 additional hours of medication administration education annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist in administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain medication cart and EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Report resident status and care concerns to supervising staff.
• Provide emotional support to new residents during move-in.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Follow all confidentiality policies and infection-control guidelines.
• Participate in staff trainings, meetings, and in-services.
• Assist with housekeeping and prepare residents for meals and activities.
