Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Med Tech to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities, including medication administration within the established scope of practice. The role supports planning activities, responding to emergencies, and maintaining documentation in EMAR/MAR.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, current CNA and Med Tech licenses, and completion of required medication trainings.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain medication cart and complete medication observations/audits.
• Communicate resident status and incidents to supervisor.
• Assist in move-in, dining, activities, and emergencies as needed.
• Participate in medication trainings and EMAR/MAR documentation.
