Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. The role includes assisting with prescribed medications within scope of practice and maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to resident calls, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting activity programs. Must have CNA and Med Tech licenses, CPR/First Aid certification, and complete required trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication.
• Be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Able to conduct and participate in medication administration training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Handle medication administration and documentation in EMAR/MAR.
• Respond to emergencies and resident calls promptly.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
