Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Caregivers and Medication Technicians to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will monitor health, assist with daily living activities, and document observations to ensure safety and wellbeing.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and prefer CNA certification with CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during shift and check on them throughout.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in condition.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and hygiene tasks.
• Help residents with activities of daily living to maintain independence and dignity.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Greets and assists residents, family members, guests, vendors and teammates.
