Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide daily living support in our senior communities. You will monitor residents, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing, including meal service, hygiene support, and collaboration with health care teams. Prior CNA experience and relevant certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their needs.
• Observe and document symptoms and changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve and collect meals and monitor appetite and refusals.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests, and vendors.
• Perform resident laundry as assigned.
