Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC in Altoona, Wisconsin is seeking dedicated Caregivers to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. You will provide personal care, monitor health cues, and assist with activities of daily living to promote dignity and safety.

MedicationTech duties include assisting with medications, documentation, and monitoring vital signs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their location and wellbeing.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and document symptoms.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly and notify supervisor of increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of the resident suite.
• Serve and collect food trays and assist with meals as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; practice hygiene.
