LakeHouse Senior Living in Wisconsin seeks a compassionate Caregiver (Nurse Aide preferred) to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will help with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and ensure safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents' condition.
• Respond promptly to calls and alarms from residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Support continence management and sanitation.
• Communicate with supervisors and health care staff about resident needs.
