Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Wisconsin currently seeks caring and reliable team members for Care Giver and Medication Tech roles. You will support residents, monitor health, and assist with daily activities to maintain dignity and safety.

Qualified candidates may include CNAs or those with a High School diploma, aged 18+, with CPR/First Aid preferred and prior senior care experience. This is an on-site position offering meaningful work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them throughout.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor if needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Support meals service and assist with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, and other visitors.
