Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Fond du Lac, WI, is hiring Care Giver/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a home-like environment. The role includes monitoring health, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring safety and dignity for each resident.

Responsibilities cover observation, documentation, meal service, hygiene, and participation in life enrichment activities, with medication-related duties performed under supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report and document conditions and changes in residents.
• Respond to call bells promptly and maintain safety.
• Assist with continence management and meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Perform medication-related duties under supervision, including documentation and restocking.
