AdventHealth is seeking a Part-time Patient Services Representative at our Hendersonville facility. You will handle phone duties, manage medical records, and support the care team while ensuring patient privacy and timely communications.

Qualifications include high school diploma, medical terminology familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in a hospital setting is preferred and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and intercom professionally, relay messages accurately
• Assemble complete medical records for each patient
• Provide printed verification of physician consults with time and date
• Assist patients, families, and healthcare team as a liaison
• Greet visitors and maintain patient confidentiality
• Ensure accurate patient location in EMR and discharge patients promptly
• Monitor orders and notify nurses of new results every 30 minutes
• Support order entry processes and quality measures as needed
• Maintain a neat work area and assist with patient room setup
