Responsabilités

• Facilitates medical record requests accurately and timely.
• Assist with daily closing procedures.
• Greet and direct patients in a welcoming manner and follow department policies.
• Answer calls promptly and document interactions.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments to minimize no-shows.
• Obtain and distribute medical records and insurance information to support patient care.
• Collect copays and payments at time of service per policy.
• Process patient referrals accurately and timely.
